SkyDeck DeCal

Program Overview

DeCal classes are generally 2-unit university classes run by students at UC Berkeley. Since 2019, SkyDeck offers one of the most popular DeCal classes on campus. SkyDeck DeCal is a 2-unit academic course taught by current UC Berkeley students. The course features live workshops with prominent voices from Silicon Valley and the SkyDeck Advisor Network and concludes with a mock pitch competition to SkyDeck leadership, where the winning team receives guaranteed entry into SkyDeck’s Pad-13 Program.

The program is offered in spring and fall semesters to UC Berkeley students. The two-hour long workshops take place in-person once a week. Students receive 2 credits for completing the course.
