Cortera Neurotechnologies Co-founder Rikky Muller Named Innovator Under 35

Co-founder of SkyDeck’s Cortera Neurotechnologies, Rikky Muller, has joined innovator giants as a new member of the MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35! Innovators have been selected for the past 16 years on account of their talent and commitment to devices and services that transform the world. Previous recipients include Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Mark Zuckerberg, Jonathan Ive, Helen Greiner – and now Rikky Muller!

Recipients will be awarded at the annual EmTech MIT conference where they will have the opportunity to give a presentation on their award-winning work. Muller has dedicated herself to the startup, Cortera Neurotechnologies since its foundation in 2003. She and her team are developing a medical device to study and treat intractable neurological disorders, which, according to the World Health Organization, account for up to 31 percent of the global burden of disease.
